• User Content
• You may submit content to the Services, including reviews, ratings, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Pick A Biz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media format. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content to the Services and that such User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Business Listings

Pick A Biz allows businesses to submit their own listings to be included in our Services. By submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to include such listing in the Services.

Pick A Biz reserves the right to reject or remove any business listing for any reason, including without limitation, if the listing violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

Reviews and Ratings

Users of the Services may post reviews and ratings of businesses listed on our platform. You understand and agree that such reviews and ratings may be posted publicly on the Services and may be used by other users to make decisions about the businesses listed on our platform. You agree to submit honest and accurate reviews and ratings and to refrain from posting any reviews or ratings that are false, misleading, or defamatory. You understand and agree that Pick A Biz does not verify the accuracy of any reviews or ratings posted on our platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to: Use the Services in any way that may harm Pick A Biz, its affiliates, or any user of the Services; Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; Collect or store personal data about other users of the Services; Use any automated means to access or use the Services, including without limitation, robots

Pick A Biz makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the services, including any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Pick A Biz does not warrant that your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Pick A Biz be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the services, even if Pick A Biz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Pick A Biz's liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Pick A Biz for the services during the term of your use of the services.
